What I built
- Solo end-to-end developer: built the platform from data model to UI, integrating call centres and their data — including a legacy MSSQL 2008 database — with all integrations delivered single-handedly.
- Delivered third-party integrations (Zendesk, HubSpot) and Azure services.
- Designed the UI/UX, implemented type-safe validation with Zod, and robust data-management flows for operational data.
